Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in New York. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of M&A and private equity experience, with strong skills in drafting agreements and managing client relationships.

The role offers excellent growth opportunities within a collegial environment, requires a JD from an ABA accredited law school, and expects candidates to work on-site at least three days a week.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $365,000 - $420,000 per year along with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.
