Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including due diligence in mergers & acquisitions, drafting, negotiating and counseling on executive compensation arrangements, 280G, 409A, and research and counseling on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA,

• 3–5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Experience with corporate transactions and due diligence.
• Knowledge of 280G and 409A; ERISA and securities laws.
• Counseling on compensation arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, negotiating, and counseling on executive compensation arrangements.
• Conduct due diligence in M&A transactions.
• Research and advise on compliance with tax and employee benefits laws.
• Support private equity and middle-market deals as part of transaction teams.
