• Counseling on compensation arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, and counseling on executive compensation arrangements.
• Conduct due diligence in M&A transactions.
• Research and advise on compliance with tax and employee benefits laws.
• Support private equity and middle-market deals as part of transaction teams.
