Qualifications

• BS in civil, environmental, chemical engineering or related science; advanced degree optional.
• 7+ years in Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews.
• Experience with industrial facilities, ESG, and travel readiness.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to distill technical issues for clients.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for industrial sites.
• Support post-transaction integration and client advisory needs.
• Travel for site visits; manage multiple projects with quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and cost estimates.
