610 UHY Advisors National Specialty Services, Inc. invites a motivated financial due diligence professional to join our Detroit team. The role covers buy-side and sell-side engagements, with hands-on financial analyses and reporting for middle-market clients.

You will collaborate with senior members, prepare QOE and working capital assessments, and support client communications. Travel may be required; CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2e2e0e2e2e2e2e2e2e9e2e2e2e2e2e2e9 performance in accounting/finance
• 2e2e2e0e2e2e2e2e2e2e2-3 years of audit/corporate finance/transaction advisory experience
• CPA designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence engagements (buy-side and sell-side).
• Collaborate with senior team members, clients, and target management teams.
• Collect financial information from targets and manage diligence requests.
• Perform financial analyses (margin, trend, cash, reconciliations).
• Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt).
• Write reports and support delivery of findings to clients.
• Cultivate client relationships through advisory work.
• Provide leadership and supervision to junior team members.
• Exposure to capital raising, restructuring, and sell-side strategies.
