Job summary

LS Solutions seeks an experienced Transaction Advisory professional to manage financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting Fortune 1000 clients and private equity investors.

The role focuses on leading transaction advisory engagements, analyzing target data for valuation risks, and delivering tailored reports on earnings quality, debt considerations, and budgeting realism. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

Five years of relevant experience, including four years in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA eligibility; CPA or equivalent preferred.
Extensive project management experience with team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services.
Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to travel.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Oversee transaction advisory engagements, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
Analyze target company data to identify financial trends, earnings quality, liabilities, and risks affecting valuation and negotiations.
Develop tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, budgeting achievability, and debt considerations.
