610 UHY Advisors National Specialty Services, Inc. seeks a Transaction Services Manager to lead financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A advisory engagements in a fast-paced deal environment. You will analyze financial statements, assess deal risks, and advise clients through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

You will supervise staff, mentor junior professionals, and collaborate with investment bankers and corporate executives to structure deals. Travel may be required in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with strong academic performance.
• 4-6+ years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions.
• Assess QoE, working capital adjustments, and cash flow trends to evaluate deal risks.
• Analyze financial statements, revenue models, and business operations to identify red flags.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, executive summaries, and key transaction insights.
• Develop and review financial models, valuation assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional communication and advisory support.
• Collaborate with investment bankers, private equity firms, and corporate executives to structure deals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior professionals, fostering a strong transaction advisory team.
• Support post-transaction integration by analyzing financial structures and deal synergies.
