Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027; graduation window verified.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams specializing in M&A and engage with C-level client counterparts.
• Participate in due diligence site visits to assess operational and technology strategies and business processes.
• Evaluate investment strategies by comparing operating models against leading practices and benchmarks.
• Prepare request lists, agendas, and support diligence sessions; deliverable creation.
• Work with engagement leadership to deliver post-close projects that improve value creation and process efficiency.
