West Monroe is seeking M&A Consulting Interns to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in a hybrid role, serving corporate and private equity clients. You will learn to assess operations and technology during due diligence, plan carve-outs or integrations, and support post-close value creation.

You’ll gain exposure across Consumer & Industrial, High Tech & Software, Healthcare, and Financial Services sectors, applying AI and analytics to deliver client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (noted in ad).
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in M&A to support diligence and integration planning.
• Assist in due diligence site visits to identify operational and technology strategies.
• Support post-close value creation activities and DSO improvements across functions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of M&A methodologies and client delivery approaches.
