Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice from Seattle, WA. In this dynamic role, you will work with our national M&A team, serving both corporate and private equity clients.

As a Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience across the full M&A lifecycle, conducting operational and technology assessments during due diligence, planning carve-out and merger integration, delivering post-close execution management and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation window Dec 2026–Aug 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside near a West Monroe office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams specializing in M&A and engage with C-level client counterparts.
• Participate in due diligence site visits to assess operational and technology strategies.
• Evaluate investment strategies against leading practices and benchmarks.
• Prepare request lists, agendas, and support diligence sessions.
