G2 Capital Advisors is seeking an Associate to work with senior leadership and clients, driving impact from idea generation through closing. You will conduct market research, perform financial analyses, craft compelling pitch books, and track M&A trends, playing a key role in business development and deal execution.

Location options include Boston, NYC, or Chicago with a hybrid workplace model. You will collaborate with industry and product experts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an M&A investment banking environment with transaction and execution experience.
• Proven ability to build out a comprehensive market analysis including value chain, market sizing, and comparable company analysis.
• Strong experience producing high‑quality marketing collateral including pitch books and CIMs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research on industries and companies for M&A, financing, restructuring, and marketing needs.
• Build and analyze financial models (LBO, DCF, etc.) for clients across industries.
• Create clear visuals from client data to support buyer interest and decision making.
• Develop marketing materials—from deal pitches to financing strategies—to win business.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of engagements.
