Focus Financial Partners is seeking an Associate to support its core strategy team overseeing corporate development and M&A activities. You will participate in every step of the deal process from proposal to close and work closely with senior team members to drive deals to completion across CIM review, due diligence, structuring, and IC presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university or college.
• 2–3 years full-time experience in investment banking, private equity or strategic consulting.
• Strong financial statement analysis and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in every step of the M&A deal process from proposal to close.
• Review CIMs for investment banking led processes and coordinate NDAs / meetings.
• Perform financial due diligence and P&L scoping for deals.
• Structure and model deal terms.
• Prepare and present IC memorandums and term sheets.
• Coordinate across Focus’ Corporate and business line teams.
• Assist senior team members across legal, finance, and other teams.
