G2 Capital Advisors in the United States seeks an accomplished capital markets professional to lead sourcing, origination, and execution for middle-market debt and equity transactions. You’ll manage client relationships, drive strategy, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with preference for Boston or New York.

The role offers uncapped total compensation, with annual earnings typically ranging from $600,000–$3,000,000+ or more, plus benefits like catered lunch, unlimited

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in credit, leveraged finance or related field.
• Proven ability to lead capital raises across LBOs, recapitalizations and refinancings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex sell-side and buy-side processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sourcing and origination strategy for CM practice.
• Lead CM transactions as sponsor on execution, mitigate risks.
• Develop debt/equity structuring for middle-market companies.
• Build relationships with debt and equity providers.
• Coordinate with marketing on industry communications.
• Recruit, train and mentor G2 resources.
