Qualifications

• 3–7 years of dedicated transactional M&A work at a law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional deal management abilities.
• Active state bar license.

Responsibilities

• Execute Deals: Manage domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, asset sales, and stock deals.
• Draft & Negotiate: Create definitive transaction documents, ancillary agreements, and disclosure schedules.
• Lead Diligence: Coordinate due diligence processes and manage multi-disciplinary deal workflows.
• Advise Clients: Serve as key legal counsel on general corporate and day-to-day commercial matters.
