BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its growing corporate group in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience executing mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies, with a focus on drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements.

Candidates should possess strong academic backgrounds and applicable big law firm experience, and be able to work both collaboratively and independently on complex transactions.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of corporate experience; AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.
• Draft memos and contracts; draft and negotiate principal acquisition agreements.
• Assist in managing complex M&A transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate to develop transaction strategies.
• Engage in client meetings, negotiations, and professional development.
