Ideal candidates have a background in accounting or audit, CPA progression is a plus, and strong Excel skills to analyze large data sets across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, transaction advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Analyze quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt positions
• Evaluate historical financial performance and identify key business drivers and trends
• Participate in management meetings, diligence calls, and client discussions
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and client-ready deliverables
• Identify transaction-related risks, opportunities, and proposed adjustments
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to support clients through the deal process
