Job summary

Confidential Employer seeks a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate to join a team delivering high-quality diligence and advisory services for strategic deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will evaluate financial and operational performance, prepare analyses and reports, and provide insights on transaction issues, working with clients and external professionals to meet engagement objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA, CFA, or GAAP accounting expertise is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial research tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transaction advisory activities for buy- and sell-side engagements.
• Perform financial statement reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis.
• Conduct quality of earnings and net working capital assessments.
• Analyze business and transactional performance metrics.
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and analyses.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve objectives.
• Assist with practice development, marketing, and client pitches as needed.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
