Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business results and investigate variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes.
• Evaluate revenue, expense, customer, and market trends for risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand drivers and impact on financial outcomes.
• Create financial models and business cases to assess profitability and investments.
• Utilize reporting tools to extract and interpret large data sets.
• Conduct contract, pricing, and profitability reviews.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, presentations, and reporting for leadership.
