Job summary

Carle Health in Illinois seeks a physical therapy professional to evaluate and treat patients, designing plans of care and adjusting them as needed. This role serves as a clinical resource for staff and students and supports multidisciplinary care teams.

Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, eight-hour days; flexible shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist and BLS certification.
• Continuing education in acute stroke care as required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts plans of care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Performs evaluations and documents findings per policy.
• Supervises PTA and rehabilitation technicians as required.
