Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule, typically M-F with 8-hour days and potential for other shift combinations.

Compensation ranges will vary by licensure and location. The position requires licensure as PT in the appropriate state, with BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure as a PT.
• Licensure as PT in the applicable state is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care and discharges with outcomes in mind.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Documents in accordance with Clinical Process Policy and regulatory standards.
• Supervises PTA and rehab technicians as applicable.
