Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Physical Therapist or PTA or Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across ages with a flexible schedule. Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required. The compensation range varies with licensure and may differ from posting; sign-on bonus is offered.

Typical shifts are M-F, 8 hours per day, with potential for alternative schedules. The role requires a PT license (IDFPR) or eligibility, BLS certification, and ongoing CEU participation.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for PT licensure and provide ongoing CEU compliance.
• Plans of care design and patient education are central to the role.
• Ability to transfer patients safely and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate PT plans.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Document care and outcomes per policy and standards.
• Collaborates with care team and supervises PT Aides.
