Assisted Home Health & Hospice is seeking LVNs for shift work in the San Fernando Valley. New grads welcome; training provided. You will deliver in-home nursing care to one patient at a time, in a stress-free environment. Pay is $28/hr with benefits if you average 30 hours per week.

This role requires graduation from a LVN program and California LVN licensure. Work setting involves coordination with RN Case Manager and physician to ensure quality care and adherence to the plan of care.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
• Licensed LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

What you will do:

This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs. You will assist the RN and / or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.

Who you are:
