Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in West Covina is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one home health care. Full-time 40-hour day or night shifts are available.

You will deliver high-quality, safe nursing services and communicate with the RN Case Manager and physician about patient changes. You will assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Diversity candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as LVN in California.
• Ability to work 40-hour day or night shifts.

What you will do:
