Paradigm Healthcare in Pasadena, TX is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, following the plan of care and physician orders, while upholding patient privacy and facility policies.

Ideal candidates have an active LVN license in Texas, 2 years in long-term care preferred, and leadership and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas is required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Six months in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, organization and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Deliver care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow facility policies and procedures; protect resident privacy.
• Report suspected HIPAA violations promptly to Administrator.
• Conduct frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff quality of care.
• Oversee nurse aides and communicate with staff to maintain policies.
