Qualifications

• Must possess an active LPN license in the state.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• Six months rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and a positive professional attitude.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision, per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Deliver care in accordance with current orders, regulations, and facility policies.
• Oversee nurse aides and supervise staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
