Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas LVN license.

• 6 months' rehabilitation/restorative care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, organization, and a positive attitude.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Point Click Care.
• Ability to follow physicians' orders and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Deliver care per resident's plan of care and orders.
• Make rounds to ensure nursing staff perform to standards.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with nursing home staff.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and confidentiality.
