Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents following current orders and facility policies.
• Follow written policies and procedures governing the nursing service Department.
• Protect resident privacy and report any PHI disclosures as required.
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff perform to established standards.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with nursing staff to maintain department procedures.
