Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of an RN or physician.
• Deliver care according to the plan of care and physician orders.
• Make rounds to ensure staff compliance with nursing standards.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with nursing staff to maintain policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and report any PHI disclosures as required.
