Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare in El Campo, TX is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time position requires delivering direct nursing care under supervision, following the plan of care and physician orders, and upholding high standards of resident safety and comfort.

You will work with RN and other staff to ensure care aligns with policies while maintaining residents’ privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active LVN license in Texas.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six (6) months of rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
• Strong utilization knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Deliver care per residents' plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow facility policies and maintain nursing standards.
• Respect resident privacy and report PHI violations to the Administrator.
• Make rounds to ensure nursing staff perform duties correctly.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with staff on policy compliance.
