AltaMed Health Services Corporation seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee all aspects of nursing care at the AltaMed PACE clinic, working with internal and external departments to meet the clinic’s objectives. The role also supervises front and back-office staff, ensures efficient clinic operations, and involves monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.

A California LVN license, valid BLS, and 1–2 years in outpatient and supervisory roles are

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license required (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1–2 years outpatient experience
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience
• Geriatric patient experience preferred
• BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care for AltaMed PACE clinic patients
• Supervise front and back-office patient care and clinic staff
• Ensure efficient clinic operations
• Monitor, coach, train, report, plan and budget as assigned
