AltaMed Health Services Corp. in Commerce, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor to lead the clinic nursing team and oversee day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and cost containment.

The LVN Supervisor will work with the Site Medical Director and Administrative leadership to implement clinical care programs, monitor patient safety, and drive quality measures while mentoring staff and maintaining licensure and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program with a California LVN license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering patient care in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Current IV certification preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with an Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR) system required.
• Current valid BLS (AHA/Red Cross) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back-office clinic operations and nursing care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; ensure quality medical management and cost containment.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director and Administrative leadership to meet goals.
• Present progress on clinic objectives at staff meetings.
