Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an LVN Supervisor to manage daily back-office nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

You will oversee planning, development, and evaluation of nursing services, mentor staff, and collaborate with site leadership to meet patient satisfaction and financial objectives. A California LVN license and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an LVN program and a California LVN license are required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ patient care experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Current IV certification preferred (must be completed within 6 months).
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with an Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR) system is required.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

• Oversee day-to-day back office operations and nursing care for clinic patients.
• Lead quality medical management programs and cost-containment health services.
• Coordinate with site leadership to meet patient experience, safety, and quality goals.
