AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Nurse Supervisor to oversee all nursing care at the PACE clinic and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet clinic objectives.

You will supervise front- and back-office staff, ensure efficient operations, and contribute to planning and budgeting to support high‑quality patient care. The role requires an active CA LVN license, outpatient and supervisory experience, and a track record in coordinating care for diverse populations.

Qualifikationen

• A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• Prior experience with an EHR/EMR system preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
