Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program and CA LVN license.
• Minimum 3 years of patient care in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Current IV Certification; within 6 months of employment if not yet obtained.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with an EHR/EMR system.
• Valid BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities
