Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor to lead back-office nursing operations at the El Monte clinic. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive clinical quality initiatives tied to patient experience, safety, and cost management.

The role requires a CA LVN license, 3+ years of patient care experience in outpatient or inpatient settings, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LVN in California.
• Minimum 3 years of patient care in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Current IV Certification preferred (within 6 months).
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience with an EHR/EMR system is required.
• Valid BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back-office operations of the clinic.
• Supervise nursing staff providing patient care and ensure service quality.
• Implement and evaluate clinical care standards and patient safety measures.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director and leadership to meet quality and financial goals.
