AltaMed is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care for PACE clinic patients and to coordinate front and back-office staff. The role focuses on ensuring efficient clinic operations, while coaching, training, reporting, and budgeting as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have an LVN license, California residency, and 1–2 years in outpatient and supervisory roles, with geriatric and EHR/EMR experience, plus BLS certification. This is a full‑time position in California.

Formación

• A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Prior experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR) preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of nursing care provided to AltaMed PACE clinic patients and works in conjunction with internal and external departments to achieve the clinic’s objectives. Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually
