AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor to manage daily back-office nursing operations within the clinic in Commerce, CA.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality medical management, and drive patient-centered care while aligning with organizational goals. The role requires CA LVN licensure, 3+ years of patient care, and supervisory experience; IV certification and EHR/EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program with California LVN license.
• Minimum 3 years of patient care in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Current IV certification preferred (must be completed within 6 months).
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience with an EHR/EMR system required.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back office operations and nursing care delivery.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Develop and evaluate clinical care programs focusing on patient safety, quality measures, and cost containment.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director, RN Manager, and leadership to meet objectives and improve patient satisfaction.
