Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Palestine, TX is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our compassionate nursing team at Legacy at Town Creek.

You will work with the Medical Director and physicians, support nursing services, perform chart reviews, and help residents with evaluation and care planning. A $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment is available, with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts and every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts available, every other weekend off

• Consulting with physician concerning resident evaluation and care planning

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
