Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time role in Palestine, TX. The position runs 6am–6pm with every other weekend off and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30–60–90 days.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to plan and deliver nursing services, review resident records, and support staff development. A current RN or LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Consulting with physicians on resident evaluation and planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and change lives.
• Examining residents and charts to identify early health issues.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents (forms, reports, charting).

What You'll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers - you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
