Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a Director of Winery Experiences in Woodinville, WA.

You will oversee guest-facing experiences and operations across the Woodinville property, including retail, tastings, tours, events, and VIP programs, driving revenue and ensuring brand excellence. The role partners with Wine Club, eCommerce, DTC Ops, and Marketing to enhance guest engagement and direct-to-consumer performance, while leading the property operations team and maintaining top-tier service

Qualifications

• Requires 10–15 years of retail and/or hospitality experience in complex environments.
• Budgeting and P&L experience with demonstrated abilities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven leadership in a high-end, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and execute brand tactics to deliver remarkable guest experiences.
• Lead guest services team to provide exceptional customer service and brand advocacy.
• Develop financial strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals while balancing costs.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive visitor traffic and increase sales.
• Ensure property appearance and inventories align with brand standards.
