Job summary

Evergreen Family Wines is seeking a Winery Hospitality & Experience Manager to craft guest experiences across three tasting rooms in Prosser, Leavenworth and Woodinville. You will lead regional concept design, events, and local outreach to drive engagement and sales.

You'll collaborate with tasting room teams, manage budgets, and develop programming that reflects our brand's approachable, sustainable wines and Washington landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in event creation, experiential marketing, or regional hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Regional concept design: collaborate with tasting room managers to conceive, develop, and launch guest experiences tailored to each location.
• Event creation & budget management: lead end-to-end planning, promotion, and execution of events; oversee marketing and event budget across locations.
• Local outreach & customer acquisition: design localized outreach strategies to drive traffic and sign-ups, build relationships with local businesses and tourism boards.
