Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA seeks an Event Sales Coordinator to support private events, corporate meetings, social gatherings, and wine experiences.

You will serve as the primary client contact from inquiry to planning, coordinating with internal teams to document and execute events to a high standard. This full-time hourly role offers tips and requires flexible daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree pref'd in Hospitality/Events or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in event sales, event coordination, or winery/hospitality settings preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event inquiries with information on spaces, packages, pricing, and experiences.
• Qualify leads, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and convert inquiries to bookings.
• Maintain logs of inquiries and follow up on all events.
• Coordinate contracts, deposits, and approvals with internal teams and clients.
• Plan event details including guest counts, room setup, and F&B selections.
• Prepare and distribute event orders and planning documents.
• Collaborate with culinary, hospitality, and facilities teams for execution.
• Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up.
