Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of private events, corporate meetings, and wine experiences.

You will be the main contact for clients through inquiry, booking, and planning, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and seamless execution. This full-time, hourly role is eligible for tips and requires flexible daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on event

Qualifications

• Two or more years of event sales or coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong sales and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event inquiries and provide information about spaces, packages, pricing, and experiences.
• Qualify leads, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and support bookings.
• Maintain logs of inquiries and follow up on events.
• Coordinate contracts, deposits, payments, and timelines with internal teams.
• Collaborate with culinary, hospitality, tasting room, facilities, and other teams for planning and execution.
• Track sales activity, bookings, deposits, and revenue; assist with reporting.
• Support onsite event execution as needed and manage client expectations.
