Job summary

Dry Farm Wines is seeking a Custom Experience Concierge in New York. You will deliver white-glove service, curate memberships, and respond to member inquiries with empathy and expertise. You’ll help shape the wine journey for discerning clients while maintaining premium hospitality standards.

You will collaborate across teams to create personalized experiences, learn continuously about wine, and contribute to a luxury lifestyle brand that values health, community, and well-being.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer facing role with high-touch service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, styles and tastings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch concierge-level service to members.
• Curate wine selections and personalized memberships.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Members and guide their wine journey.
• Collaborate with team to inform buying decisions through insights.
