Job summary

PowerHouse Recruiting: PH Companies in the Midwest seeks a Sales Representative with 4+ years of sales experience in luxury windows and doors. You will prospect, present, and coordinate projects while supporting architects, builders, developers, designers and clients.

Join a team focused on design, integrity, and customer service, with a showroom presence in Chicago and travel to project sites and shows as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ sales experience, preferably in windows or building materials.
• Ability to prospect, generate leads, present to clients, and coordinate projects.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining documentation on contacts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a weekly B2B sales outreach plan including in-person calls, calls, emails, and showroom visits.
• Maintain CRM records with up-to-date contact and project information.
• Travel to call on contractors, builders, developers, architects, and specifiers to win business.
• Create estimates, proposals, and contracts; present as trusted advisor during the sales process.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and installations to meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships and attend events to build opportunities.
