Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, internships or administrative experience acceptable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain market materials and line sheets.
• Coordinate, send, and track product samples for customer accounts.
• Maintain the GXS catalog and master SKU file, including monthly updates.
• Compile and analyze sales by SKU and door using customer portals.
• Prepare and distribute monthly door-selling reports.
• Prepare SKU-selling reports with product images and share with internal teams.
• Enter, maintain, and track orders in SAP.
• Monitor price holds, order status, and product fill.
• Coordinate new account setup and required approvals.
