Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our North American Sales organization.

You will assist with sales reporting, sample coordination, order maintenance, product setup, and customer communications. This role offers exposure to wholesale sales within the luxury and fashion industry, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience. Internships, retail experience, or administrative experience are acceptable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Interest in gaining experience within a commercial, wholesale, luxury, or fashion organization.

Responsibilities

• Support North American accounts and sales channels, including brand marketing coordination for Movado and BOSS as it relates to Sales.
• Manage and maintain market materials and line sheets.
• Coordinate, send, and track product samples for customer accounts.
• Enter, maintain, and track orders in SAP; monitor price holds and order status.
• Prepare customer web forms and coordinate digital images for retailer submission.
• Conduct weekly web maintenance reviews to verify image status and copy accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with customer meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Account Executives to help resolve account issues.
