Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart Inc. is seeking a Sales Professional to convert leads into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will sell premium wellness products—hot tubs, swim spas, saunas—and build long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with financing options and payment plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with lead management or CRM systems (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Ability to contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace
• Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
• Must own and operate a smart phone
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into sales while building long-term customer relationships
• Sell luxury wellness products by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
• Drive revenue growth by following up on every lead in a timely manner using multiple channels (phone, text, email, social media)
• Track and manage leads and progress according to company guidelines
• Monitor KPIs and proactively develop strategies to address opportunities
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and compliance with company policies
• Follow all sales and operational processes consistently
• Assist with showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment as needed
• Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Conduct site visits to customers’ homes when required
• Work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor work for events or installations
