Leslie's Poolmart is seeking a Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail showroom. You will help customers select pool, spa, and backyard products, build relationships, and drive sales with comprehensive product training provided.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, goal achievement, and teamwork, with a pay rate of $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission. Prior pool/spa industry experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Basic business math skills and familiarity with software.
• Comfortable using email, Google Drive, and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Build relationships by delivering knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Develop product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and applications.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to develop new business and referrals.
• Support purchases, returns, and other customer service needs.
• Handle concerns professionally and work toward solutions.
• Complete required product, sales, and operational training.
