Job summary

Kerzner International in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Manager of Wellness to oversee daily wellness operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences within One&Only Moonlight Basin. The role supports leadership in developing colleagues, managing budgets, and enhancing wellness services to deliver luxury experiences.

You will collaborate across departments to plan and implement wellness programs, trainings, and guest engagement initiatives while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in spa, wellness, hospitality operations, preferably luxury.
• Experience supervising and developing a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wellness operations and ensure service consistency and compliance with standards.
• Lead and mentor wellness colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate colleague schedules and staffing levels for coverage and service quality.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Monitor revenue, bookings, retail, and service performance to improve profitability.
