Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin seeks a Manager, Wellness to oversee daily wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to luxury service standards.

You will lead and develop colleagues, manage budgets, and collaborate with departments to deliver immersive wellness programs and memorable experiences for our guests.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in spa or wellness management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury spa and wellness operations.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, and revenue generation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wellness operations and ensure service quality.
• Lead, train, and mentor wellness colleagues.
• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, expenses, and cost control.
• Monitor revenue, bookings, and retail performance.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with other departments on guest experiences.
• Support development of wellness programs and offerings.
• Onboard staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Communicate policies and maintenance of procedures.
